The Wales Nuclear Forum is delighted to hear the UK Government’s announcement today on their investment of £14bn for Sizewell C nuclear power station that will deliver clean, affordable and secure energy for the UK and provide thousands of high quality jobs across the UK supply chain.
In addition, the Wales Nuclear Forum welcomes the excellent news that the UK Government has selected Rolls-Royce SMR as the preferred bidder for the country’s first small modular reactor (SMR) nuclear build.
