Vivienne Compton, MA(Ed) is a champion of lifelong learning and apprenticeships. She founded Industry Learning Solutions Limited in 2017 in response to a need by employers to have access to independent advice and guidance on skills, funding and apprenticeships that would create impact.

Viv has since built a Lean and Management Learning Academy and works with manufacturers across Wales helping them with Productivity Improvement related issues, Industry 4.0 and to leverage their Apprenticeship Levy back into their organisations.

She sits on the board of Cardiff and Vale College, the Wales Nuclear Forum and is Skills Ambassador on the board of Aerospace Wales Forum.

Viv lives in South Wales and keeps bees and grows Manuka.
